You are meant to thrive & no matter how dark it seems there are ways out. I know it. Because I have been there. Some say you will never be the same after burnout – but I mean it can get even better than before.
Somewhere in between doctors appointments, a gradually worsening health & not getting all the information I needed to fully heal I knew deep inside I had to change to come out on the other side. To go beyond my situation fully recovered.
After my burnout diagnosis, I decided to learn everything I could about healing holistically.
Through my own healing journey, I discovered that burnout comes in many shapes & forms. It is not always only what it seems & can be a combination of many things.
